No — package prices cover land arrangements only, so you can use your own miles or preferred airline. We are happy to quote flights separately and book them alongside the trip.

Accommodation with breakfast, transport as described, and any guides or activities listed on the package page. Every package also states what is NOT included, which is usually monument fees, most meals, tips and personal spending.

Twenty-five per cent confirms the booking. The balance is due fifteen days before departure. For international trips with visa processing we ask for the balance earlier — the exact schedule is on your invoice.

Cancel more than thirty days out and you lose only the deposit. Between thirty and fifteen days it is fifty per cent, and inside fifteen days no refund is possible as hotels and transport are already paid. Date changes are free once, more than thirty days out.

Yes, on international packages we handle documentation and the appointment. We cannot influence the decision, and visa fees are paid directly by you to the consulate.

That is most of what we do. Tell us roughly where, when, how long and a budget range, and we will send a draft itinerary with costs within two working days.

It is not included, but we strongly recommend it and can arrange a policy at the time of booking. For most international destinations it is effectively mandatory for the visa.
